A time For Giving

Holiday Giving can be one of the most gratifying endeavors of the season.  There are many Vermonters who are in need, and holiday giving can make a big difference.

The following are ways to give back to our neighbors and communities.  These organizations are in continual need of donations and additional support, especially during the holidays:

The Lamoille Family Center in Morrisville receives calls and visits from families experiencing crises, every day.  They are also always in need of volunteers.  You can drop off food, gift and gas cards, and find out about other ways you can help by going to their website.

The Lamoille Community Food Share in Morrisville provides food security around Lamoille County.  You can drop off food items, volunteer your time at the Food Share, or make a donation through their website.  You can also find them on Facebook.   If it's easier for you, we at Carlson Real Estate collect food items for the Food Share on an ongoing basis, so please feel free to drop off any of your healthy canned and boxed goods, and we'll be sure to get them there.
