Ideal mixed Northern Vt. hardwoods with typical VT. woodland terrain. Small brook bisects the land and merges into the Foote Brook to the left of the bridge that you cross just before the land begins on your right. Land is bordered on two sides by the State of Vermont and the Green Mountain Club with the Long Trail not too far through the woods. Species include: Hard and Soft Maple, Ash, Beech, Yellow and White Birch and Black Cherry. Here is a good possibility for your next Maple sugarbush. Estimate of 2,000-3,000 taps has been made. Access is by permission of the adjacent landowner on a woods road of about 2,000 feet in length from the Plot Road. There is no known deeded access. Property lines have been freshly marked with survey ribbon.
